5. The valet promptly arrived at our car, asked us if we needed help with our luggage and we were quickly checked in an offered welcome tea (in the bar or our room).

They bent over backwards to satisfy our many requests, which included getting a rollaway bed for our queen-sized bed, finding a wheelchair for my son who twisted his ankle (they took the trouble to help us borrow one from another hotel as their one is out on loan) and sending the violin we left behind back to us etc etc.
