1. We had good coordination of a meeting room, altho we ran out of water on the table the first morning and had to wait a while for new pitchers.

2. However, when a hotel is charging top end rates then they need to be regularly refurbishing and updating rooms, so whenever the smallest thing shows signs of wear it should be replaced and should have the feeling of a newness.

3. I was originally due in for only 1 night, but I live in new York City & due to the weather & Hurricane Irene, I had to extend for 2 nights & I was so comfortable during my stay.

5. also have the concierge make dinner reservations they go out of this way to help with busy restaurants and have great recommendations for new cool places.

6. I adore & love this hotel- it's always so comfortable & nice & welcoming to come back here every time I visit San Francisco- it feels like home when I'm this far away from new York.

9. 95 to watch a new release? We remember back in the day it was less than 10 bucks, but it's worth it if you want to stay in.
