1. It was definately worth it as the living room was large and the bedroom more spacious with better decor and a larger bathroom.

2. And when in San Francisco, it's vastly better than the tired and confused Ritz Carlton or the Mandarin Oriental, the latter's San Francisco outpost being an exception to that chain's usually elegant hotels.

8. Finding the parking was confusing, even with the outside bellhop's directions; once we phoned the hotel, the receptionist was able to give us better directions.

9. The location couldn't be better, staff friendly, correct and supportive, magnificent large rooms with plenty of space, bathroom with all you can need and more, great room service, clean, high level, breakfast that I still miss, everything.
