2. The guy at the front desk was helpful in getting me checked in promptly and in the morning calling the shuttle back after it left earlier than scheduled so I could be on time for my flight.

3. receptionist was polite and helpful, rooms were immaculate, bed was wonderfully comfortable, free breakfast was pretty good (the bagels could have been softer, but otherwise very nice- I'm glad they had bagels instead of sweet rolls- bagels are healthier.

4. helped me when I need, allowed me to take the airport shuttle for free to get the Dolphin mall bus, kept my luggage after check out.

7. Under duress, the help produced food in another 15 minutes and in 5 minutes a tosted a bagel and stuck it in my pocket, fixed a cup of coffee (thankfully they had lids), grabbed my suitcases and sprinted to the shuttle.

8. While the manager blamed the 'poor help', the 'poor help' explained that they only came on service at 6AM and how could they be expected to have breakfast on the table at the same time as they started their duties (good point).

9. When I returned 5 minutes later there was hired help (which in typical fashion did not speak English), who said in Spanish that breakfast was only at 7AM, a little late for my needs and a major reason for my choice of this hotel, given that the airlines don't serve food anymore.
