2. receptionist was polite and helpful, rooms were immaculate, bed was wonderfully comfortable, free breakfast was pretty good (the bagels could have been softer, but otherwise very nice- I'm glad they had bagels instead of sweet rolls- bagels are healthier.

10. My only complaint was that the hotel does not have any heat, so we literally slept in our coats and hats under thermal blankets and a down comforter to keep warm in the 30 degree weather Miami experienced.
