5. This hotel is 20 minutes drive from South Beach if you're also lookıng for fancy restaurants on the Ocean Drıve; the beach is just across the street and we had a great sunny week (across the new year's eve).

We didn't have balcony but we ate and drank our own food and wine at pool which at night we had almost to ourselves- it is an original art deco hotel and price reflects thisWould definately go back- especially if you like quiet surrounds but are able to walk 4 miles along the boardwalk/path to South Beach and Ocean Drive if you fancy busier beaches.
