1. It was new to me, and I hope to see more hotels like this in the future.
"Well situated " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/7/2012 Vote
2. As for the bottled water, it is not a cooler full of bottles like the airport park and ride has, but a wine-rack type of shelf with sealed empty bottles and a dispenser for the filtered water so you can fill them yourself.
"Club Quarters Wacker - I Liked It! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2012 Vote
3. It was chilly during my stay so I opened the window because I like it cold.

5. I guess the elevator is running faster as I didn't have to wait a lot for it like in my previous visits.
"nice location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/27/2012 Vote
6. I assume that the actual Club members get a better experience, but shouldn't the non-club rooms be an enticement to join said club? Everything about this experience makes me feel like the chain wants to save as much money as possible, but charge the going rate to the public (which in downtown Chicago is pretty high).

7. I liked the free bottled water feature among other amenities.
"Very good hotel with exceptional view " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/21/2011 Vote
8. This property is a bit quirky: you need to insert your room key card into the slot of the elevator cab, wait for the green light, then hit your floor button; you check in by inserting your credit card into an ATM-like machine and your room keys pop out; it's evidently two hotels, River Hotel being floors 4-10 and Club Quarters the rest (so apparently we really stayed at Club Quarters, the 'business' hotel although we booked the room as River Hotel),The staff, every one of them, were impeccably helpful.
"Location, location! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/11/2011 Vote
9. I particularly liked the refillable water bottles and water filters in the hallway, and the mini library in the lobby.
"Incredible location, and a historic character. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/5/2011 Vote
10. I love when I can find a hotel like this to stay in instead of staying at the conference hotel.
