This last time - and it will be the LAST time- I had reserved a studio room, I had called the day of arrival to confirm that they had my reservation correct, was assured that they did, only to arrive at midnight and find that they were completely full and the only room available was a smaller room - which they thought they would charge me the higher rate for.

8. Oddly enough, the windows in the room opened (on the 21st floor if I remember correctly), but a sticker on the window said to call the front desk to open the window.
