2. Quality-luxurious bath products-Sleeping arrangements are so comfortable, you feel like royalty-Delicious in-room dining options (who doesn't want chocolate souffle at midnight?)Next time I venture to Chicago, I will stay at Sutton Place.

3. The room was great, and the bathroom was amazing; there was a glass shower and a large soaker tub seperately, it was luxurious.

9. In-room facilities were good- loved the little luxuries like a separate deep bath tub and shower (both of which worked well) robes and slippers, nice bath products and good bed linen.
