2. Their broadband cable internet did not work so I called the front desk and the only response I got was that I could come down to the lobby and use the public wifi.

3. We did talk to the front desk clerk about this when we checked out, but based on the simple response that 'she had no idea who that would have been that answered and spoke to me that way, but she would look into it' I highly doubt it will even be repeated.

4. I called the front desk only to receive a response of 'What do you want me to do about it?' Excuse me, is it not your job to make sure the patrons at your hotel are safe and comfortable? I could not believe his response.

5. The staff was polite but ineffective in offering any type of resolution to this problem - even after I completed the 2 surveys they sent me - no response from the hotel what so ever.

7. The general manager, Jason was very responsive to our needs and also apologetic for our first night inconvenience.
