5. Because of the rude management, deceptive (or, at the very least, incredibly uninformed) front desk staff, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and general sense that they don`t really care if a customer has a positive experience or not, I will never, never stay at this hotel.

7. I visit Chicago three or four times a year, and usually stay at the Palmer House Hilton (basically next door) but for the value and positive experience beginning to end, this is now my preferred hotel.

10. On a positive note, there were several nice amenities, including comfortable beds/pillows, housekeeping, a relaxation CD, earplugs, dark velvet draperies that darkened the room, cheesecake in the lobby during the evenings, and personal wake up call that included the daily weather report.
