2. We normally stay at Residence Inns, Courtyards and Marriotts and both agreed this property needs a little more 'service oriented' staff (except for Bob,,,,he was great) Dont get me wrong - the rooms were clean and loved the small kitchen area but there just seemed to be something 'missing' at this property.

3. What was great: The bedding was high quality - mattress, linens, and pillows were very top-of-the-line; the bathroom was conveniently laid out; the towels were full and fluffy; the flat screen TV was very high-end; the workspace was comfortable and had connections for every computer/device imaginable, and I love when the fitness room has all new equipment.
