1. The suites are spacious and comfortable, like a home away from home; the housekeeping staff keeps the place in immaculate condition; the front desk staff treated me like an old friend; the maintenance staff could not be friendlier; and the gentleman who prepares and presents the complimentary buffet breakfast makes the eggs exactly the way I like them.

5. The lounge area was kept spotless and suitable for relaxation that included board games (chess and checkers pieces) made of glass; 2 computers with comfortable chairs and an outside patio to enjoy the weather or have a drink.

8. upon check inn was asked regarding next day Amtrak to NYC and promptly the front office gave complete directions all the way to the hotel in NYC, right down to the correct subway exit - turned out the guy used to live in NYC and knew the hotel where we would be staying :-)Anyways, a nice and comfortable stay, next time in BWI we will stay there again.
