5. I called and let the front desk know my new debit number about a week before my arrival to minimize any confusion- it did no help at all.

6. 2nd, while relaxing in a lobby wing chair, I noticed that the shuttle driver came into the lobby from an airport run, straighten the pillows, picked up old news papers and basically made sure the lobby was neat and clean for returning or arriving guest.

8. Since this is listed as a 'new' hotel (it is actually five years old), headquarters should check out the lack of maintenance being done.
