1. After contacting the front desk I was offered to have the bathroom cleaned or be switched to another room.

2. 2nd, while relaxing in a lobby wing chair, I noticed that the shuttle driver came into the lobby from an airport run, straighten the pillows, picked up old news papers and basically made sure the lobby was neat and clean for returning or arriving guest.
