2. I have been a Expedia VIP traveler for 3 years and this is the first time the upgrades were not given, i do not know if front desk did not know about the program or did not care.

3. Floor to ceiling windows with views of condos and the streets below made for a nice view although here you have to be careful as well since you can see into their rooms, they surely can see into yours.

10. check in- easy - the computers for automatic check in didnt work, but there were 2 staff and 1 concierge who took care of things right away.
