1. They also have coffee in the lobby in the morning, but the lobby is very small so gets crowded fast.

6. However, since Four Points subscribes to DirecTV, the storm that came through that night made it quite useless apart from the absolutely ridiculously-priced Pay-Per-View movies ($16 to watch 'fast Five'? I can buy the DVD for less).

Well-appointed room, nicer than most 3-star hotels -- extremely comfy beds (that's what you're there for, right), new flatscreen TV, microwave/refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, free highspeed internet (wired worked constantly and very fast -- wireless didn't work for me but no biggie as downtown concrete buildings can have occasional blind spots), and a very roomy (especially by Chicago standards) room.
