1. They took care of that as well, but it took almost 1 hour for the room to quiet down enough for my kids to sleep.

3. As someone who hates to call the front desk and complain about frivolous things, I did call (couldnt sleep) and Jeremy had things taken care of within 5 minutes.

5. From a customer-service standpoint, the staff from front desk/lobby to housekeeping all genuinely seemed to really care about guests and seemed to like each other and their jobs (always a pleasant and genuine 'hello' or 'do you need anything' in passing).

6. Another comforting factor (to you potential guests) is how hotel management graciously responds to and welcomes TripAdvisor feedback -- obviously they really care and it shows.

7. You do, however, need to be careful as the tiles surrounding the pool are a bit slippery.
