1. All in all it's not a bad place - the room was nice, the staff friendly, the option of self-parking a welcome alternative to the usual valet, and the price reasonable for the area.

4. Thermostat controller was great in the room, we had air condition on since the room was very warm for some reason even though the outside temps were in the 30's.

7. This is my first review of a hotel on Trip Advisor - reason I am posting is because my stay at this Residence Inn was very enjoyable for me and my wife and I felt the need to post it on Trip Advisor (and I see that my stay was similarly enjoyable for many others).

8. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the VERY noisy night club next door which kept me awake on the evening that they opened their roof - to enjoy the lovely night.

10. None of problems others may have mentioned, wifi was excellent and free, lifts fast and as we were high up our situation was above the parking garage so had a reasonable view.
