4. The windows in the rooms are ceiling to floor - which LOOKS really nice; however, if you have SMALL CHILDREN please be aware that there are TWO openings to these windows.

7. I have to say I was very pleased with my stay at the Springhill Suites, in fact, this was one hotel where I found all hotel staff, not just the reception staff, extremely polite, pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

10. The free wireless was pretty slow and the free breakfast food itself was mediocre but I liked the relaxed style - you could come and go as you please, take the food back to your room and they kept the coffee bar open all day.
