1. In terms of staying there during the week, the rooms were gorgeous with their views, the beds were so comfortable, the toiletries were nice, the restaurant and bar were great, and the service was phenomenal.

3. The Spa area is very nice, and comfortable - the staff there is great, and the indoor pool is great, but can get a bit kid heavy at times (was the pool in Home Alone, so it is a kid magnet)We have stayed in all of the leading hotels in Chicago, and they are all pretty good.

4. We went up to our room and although it was just one of the normal rooms, it was spacious and very comfortable- the bed was particularly comfortable and the linens smelled lovely- not like perfume, but not with that sort of 'hotel/bleach' smell that hotel linens sometimes have.
