(we had emailed them and asked if we could drop off our luggage as we expected to arrive too early to check in, we really didnt expect to be able to get into our room this early)Our room was just fabulous, entered from a quiet corridor and decorated in a simple sophisticated style which added to the air of luxury.

8. It was large, clean, quiet and had a gigantic king-size bed with so many amenities: huge TV, writing desk, sofa, cutlery & glasses, 2x cooker hobs, microwave, and even a dishwasher .

10. Wonderful warm welcome from the doorman through to the receptionist - after a small problem (we had requested a quiet room and were initially placed beside a busy elevator) we were upgraded to a corner room - enormous.
