Even if this place is proven 100% bedbug-
free
, I still wouldn't advise anyone to stay there, ever.

I was drawn to the low price,
free
parking and central location, but those things didn't outweigh the bad things.

free
WiFi was an added benefit since many of the hotels are charging for it in the area.

Room is pretty basic, but you do get
free
high speed internet and are located in the south of market region only a 5 minute walk to the location of the event I attended that evening.

he was refusing to call the airport shuttle for me and even threatened me to go to police as i was asking him what does he want me to do , i felt he was racist and no humanity even for strangers in that area his name was ramcy i think and he really put me off that hotel completely at the end i had to call expedia toll
free
number they sorted the problem professionally and apologized but the hotel charged me the toll
free
call .

The rooms aren't very big, but it was exactly what I needed: cheap, clean, 5-10 minute walk to BART,
free
wi-fi in the rooms, and coffee and a danish in the morning.
"Great option for the price! "
