The staff is rude, the building is decrepit (they can't even bother to
clean
or change the filthy carpet and walls?.

clean
sheets and mattress pads would normally be hygienic enough.

The hotel itself is well taken care of and in a great location on Folsom, and the rooms are also decently
clean
; however, my friend and I were very disappointed with the service.

clean
his stuff.
