1. They have a terrific location on the quiet end of Jacksonville Beach but driving thru the local area and getting lost just two blocks from the hotel the area is very depressed with so many for rent signs, the area seems to have really gone downhill.

2. The rooms are nice and clean with fresh linens, contemporary furniture, LCD TVs, and the lobby features a terrific breakfast area which doubles as the hotel bar in the evenings, offering a great view of the ocean.
