1. The reason for the very good rating and not excellent is because I see Excellent as being a Ritz Carlton where you're sheets are turned down and you get a mint on your pillow or where your towel is folded into some cute animal.

3. Once in your car to drive - try Harry's Seafood Bar and Grill at the corner of 9thN and 3rd for some excellent and reasonably priced fish, or a Mexican restaurant called The Bay on 1st N.

4. For this reason I'd say Quality Suites has it beat on location (tho don't know what the rooms are like there).
