2. The Manager - Larry was great and if you stay here you must go to the Acqua Restaurant which is next door in the Hilton ( and you get 10% discount) - If you do make sure you ask for a server called Sierra - she was great - a fun person who really new the menu and made sure we had a good time.

4. there were also a number of bugs in the room (only ladybugs so not so bad) but still quite a surprise for a brand new hotel.

5. i booked my first stay at an aloft at BWI and since the hotel is brand new, i was expecting it to be quite clean, or cleaner than most lower priced hotels.

6. Hopefully, this new hotel will develop a staff that understands the laid back atomsphere applies to the guest and only to staff after they have done there job.

10. Instead of sending a person up to the room to see what the issue could be, we were told to repack all of our things, go back to the front desk for a new room key & were reassigned to a different floor.
