7. Staff members who seemingly do not like their job, several things in the room needing repair, nearly one hour before someone could tell me how to access the in room wifi, extremely slow check in process, etc.

8. I would like to think that communications improve either by handing out instructions to be followed upon return or doing what the other hotels do--drive slowly past on their rounds so they can be signaled.
