3. There aren't that many restaurants around apart from fast food chains you find everywhere, but we walked down to Olive Garden on the corner of 22nd and 6th a couple of nights.

8. Location wise this is nearly perfect as it's next to Penn Station (not many people know this for some reason but you can get an overland train from JFK to Penn Station in the middle of Manhattan: cheap, fast and enjoyable.

10. +Many stores nearby--For example, across the street is Jack's, a super 99cent store; Manhattan Mall is only a couple of blocks away and there are many fast food places not more than two or three blocks away.
