1. if rooms for 2 are the same size it would be better but they were a bit too small for 4 people.

9. The staff were always very friendly, asking what else they could do to make our stay better, and the management team were often on hand to offer advice and assistance.

10. Suggestion for management would be to sound proof the rooms better, eliminate the loud banging door noise and perhaps to install a sign on the inside of elevator doors and in the hallways saying 'Please be quiet, other guests are resting'.
