3. We slept with the window cracked to keep us cool, the bed was very comfortable so I got a great nights sleep and was well rested for each new day.

4. For that kind of money I would have expected more than a tired and dated room, no breakfast, a dysfunctional and noisy cooling unit (which is is required as the 16th floor rooms get seriously hot even though it's freezing outside), no black out blinds (or full width blinds of any kind for that matter) and no free wifi (which always annoys me greatly when expensive hotels charge you for this now basic service).

5. Nice having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room as it meant we could buy food for breakfast and keep it cool in the fridge for the morning which saved on breakfast costs in the hotel.

9. The room had a small kitchen area with a fridge - great for keeping drinks cool overnight.

10. The issue could be that is it a window unit and the drapes do block the airflow which means you need to turn the temperature down to feel cool.
