1. What happens when you have something so unsettling that it destroys the rest of the impression of the hotel? This ALoft hotel was designed not with a central air conditioning system, but with A/C units in each of the rooms.

3. From the minute we arrived everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing, Maria in the lobby went above and beyond to help us out when we ran into a little glitch in our plans, I was so impressed with her.
