7. The overall deisign of the hotel is very loft-like, with pure white walls, amazing lighting, cool concrete floors in the lobby & clean, simple interiors.

8. access to my room & was also upgraded to an awesome studio (#210) The bathroom was great, with a huge soaking tub, bath salts, amazing scented candles, large bottles of FACE stockholm products (loved the lavender bubble bath & protein shampoo.

10. The service of wait staff were however very disappointing, trying to get a coffee took forever when we found the service in NYC amazing whereever we went then in a great hotel is was below average.
