I went to this hotel based on laocation , upgraded to a suite , which always and only happens when I am staying for one night, room was pleasant , spacious , a lttle tired though , and everything seemed to be at an odd angle the bathroom in aprticular required care went seating at the toilet and exiting the shower , it was just a tight space.

It is not just the first class standard of linen, nor the ideal location nor the ample breakfasts and complimentary evening buffet which makes this place so special but the feeling that the staff genuinely care about what they are doing and about the customer's wellbeing in every respect and that they do this with exactly the right degree of friendliness which never tips over into being intrusive.
