1. When I tryed to order the steak dinner I was told 'oh, I will be cooking that and I can't guarantee it will be good, maybe try a sandwich or some pasta, I can do that'.

3. The pool and lounge were closed for renovation and the outside needs some work,but our room was nice,clean and big enough for a large bed and couch and we had a real good view of spokane at night which was nice.

4. Only redeeming features are that it is very close to the airport (3 min) and the view of downtown from the 5th floor is quite good.
