1. There was no visible address on the building - the name on the sign of the hotel said 'Spokane House' - tiny little banner said Americas best Value Inn.

2. The grand selling point for me was the view from the 5th floor, it is probably the best view in all of Spokane, so make sure you ask for a room with a view.

3. I asked at the desk if there was a problem with the hotel and he said they had just gotten new maids two days before and apologized and said he'd give us the best room in the house, the' one JFK had stayed in' and I said OK.

4. The best thing about the place was the staff-they were helpful whenever we requested help, and we had our very own shuttle to the airport in the morning.
