5. When I showed up at the desk, he was juggling two phones and what sounded like plenty of confusion.

6. The only negative was that there were sessions for 'Healing with Sound' going on and we could hear drums (sort of like the indian drums that you used to hear in Westerns) coming thru the AC duct until late evening.

9. The hotel is across Southcenter mall, nice restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, Outback, Claim Jumper, Spaghetti Factory, Red Robins and so many more.
