1. I rembered that we had stayed there in 1998 and they had taken care of our baby who is now a high school student.

2. The staff that took care of us from the pickup at the airport to checking us into our rooms then making sure there was enough staff to help with our bags were very understanding about handling a bunch of stressed out parents and anxious children.

5. Housekeeping should have notified management, the TV in the bedroom had horrible reception - that should have been taken care of by someone prior to check-in (although we did figure out that it was just a loose cable in the back of the set).
