1. I don't think business is all that wonderful anywhere near Seattle right now (December 2012), so rates may tend to be higher at other times of the year or when (if) the regional economy brightens.

3. The smell seemed to be coming from the air unit, and the hallway smelled the same and it was so late I didn't ask for another room, but wonder if anyone else on here noticed the odor.
