3. The exterior of the room and along the hallway look slightly worn and dated, but I believe that will be taken care of once they start renovating the floor on which I stayed.

5. No one cared to help us with our luggage, the 'reception' lady looked at us and treated us very coldly, we got the Siberia treatment and we sent to a terrible room near the car park.

The toiletries are luxurious but be careful not to take them - they are full sized bottles and taking them will add a hefty charge to your bill ($25 each) however they clearly warn you so there are no misunderstandings and the items are available for sale in the gift shop if you want to purchase them.

10. The concierge at the hotel was GREAT and took special care of me when I needed to find the bar my husband and brother hunkered down at and he even delivered me safely to the door.
