3. The neighborhood is fairly plain, but do not miss a trip to the local Citizen's Coffee(1 short block away) where we had the best lattes ever, along with crepes, omelets, and fresh baked scones.

6. There was no vacuuming, sporadic refilling of soaps, etc, no fresh linens, no cleanup of minor spills and messes; all that was done was that towels were changed out and the bedding straightened up.
