1. except Mercer St is an underpass and if you approach Roy from the South, Aurora Ave has a barrier in the middle - no right turns.

2. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and were very clean, the pillow-top beds were very comfortable and the room very quiet except for the typical walking 'thump thump' from the adjoining room.
