1. Our room was not quite ready, but the lobby was comfy and we were upgraded to an eighteenth floor corner room with a gorgeous view by a very sweet and professional front desk gal.

4. After a slow, nice, about 30 minute walk from Clipper terminal to the Warwick, I was greeted by two pleasant and professional young ladies at the front desk and was quickly assigned my room and given my pass card.
