1. Arrived tired and exhausted from flight at SeaTac, our room was not ready, were told to wait in the lounge (would we like drinks?) no not paying to wait for my room.

4. Location was also a few blocks from Pike Place, Westlake Center and a lot of shopping center like Nordstrom and Macy's.

8. Tip: I understand part of the hotel has been refurbished, (the section I stayed in was) while other rooms to date have not, sounds like it's in the plans for the near future though.
