6. Great location there was a subway at the top of the block, Macy's was just around the corner and at Christmas it was wonderful to go see the windows and all the beautiful lights (3 times we went by there).

9. Besides the untold inconvenience, it makes me wonder if the reservation website is a scam to rip off credit card numbers.

10. It is very basic which is fine, but when you are joined by various homeless people looking for a free breakfast who get in when the bell hop guy isn't looking, it does make you wonder about the secuirty of the place.
