7. So if you don't mind the weak wi-fi, this is one of the better values in NYC, particularly during the slow winter season.

9. With the hotel manager being rude, the staff being not in a hold of things we all moved to Nyma which proved to be a better hotel (managed by the same company).

10. The outside of the hotel is ensconced in scaffolding due to remodeling, so it doesn't look very nice from the outside, but is better inside.
