1. The reception area has free water bottles, the hotel has free WiFi and there was an ice machine just next to our room's door.

9. We did have a problem with the drain in the shower and it got our room floor wet but the front desk clerk was very quick and came to our rescue with a new room key and gave us a discounted rate and free breakfast that was great.
