1. No exceptions.
"This hotel offered nothing that we were told it was going too. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2012 Vote
2. It was very quiet - which I appreciated (except for the guy with the whistle in the street below flagging down taxis after the shows at the theater - but that doesn't last too long).
"Very cool hotel - great for singles/couples, not for families " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/20/2012 Vote
3. Value for money was ok but not exceptional.
"Didn't love it " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/10/2011 Vote
4. Unfortunately, someone from the staff/cleaning (I say that because no one can get into the rooms with those plastic key slot cards except cleaning and front desk management-we tried to open each other's rooms with different cards and it won't work) stole a laptop from one of our rooms and cleaned the room after.
"Beware...the staff is shady " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/9/2010 Vote
5. The housekeeping team was invisible, except what they did each time we left for a while.
"Great weekend, fabulous location, outstanding staff! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2010 Vote
6. It is hard to find a hotel that will take two large dogs without any fees, except for this one.
"Friendly staff and pet friendly " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/26/2009 Vote
7. Wood flooring throughout except for tile in the bathroom.
"Amazing service, rooms nice but on the small side " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/28/2009 Vote
8. The shower was pleasant, with a handheld showerhead, except the massager knob was broken off, so it only had one option.
"A great boutique hotel - small on space, but big on style! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2009 Vote
