1. With all these items (Owner, 30th, Platinum) we thought we had very good reason to get a two bedroom (this is w we own a two bedroom Platinum in Tahoe) room with a beautiful ocean view.

2. location is real great, lots of places to Dine, nice little market right outside the resort, there is a great resturant at the Hyatt next door, with swans swimming right next to an atrificial waterfall, there is a nice Chinese resturant at the CLUB house, Portions are huge and prices are reasonable.

3. Very unprofessional handelling of the situation left a bitter taste for for the resort and the only reason for us to go there second time was because we loved it first time.

5. The kitchen in our room was fine, shop at the nearby BIG SAVE supermaket in Koloa right across from the Post Office, we found everything we needed and priced reasonably.

6. Of course things are overpriced- it's Hawaii, but compared to the Grand Hyatt the prices are quite reasonable.

10. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they actually started on the pool a day early and ruined our plans for one last day around the pool with the grandkids.
