1. I don't know who bought over the first live chicken/rooster to Kauai but they should be shot as they are a bit of a noise issue an not welcomed like pigeons in some areas.

3. The old Koloa town took us back in time and having all the conveniences like Starbucks and Costco made for a perfect week.

6. Almost accross the street is a little outdoor mall with some highend restaurants (Keoke's/Roys etc), some fun local spots like Pookadog, and a staple for many, Starbucks.

7. like I wrote very nice location, great beach, nice villas (not near as nice as our villas in Tahoe), beautiful grounds (again not as nice as other resorts in Kauai) and close to eats things to do.
